Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

This policy applies to all purchases made through the Kartnix website.

Kartnix is a trading name of Adanix Limited, which is the legal entity responsible for all sales.

2. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

  • The 14-day period starts the day after you receive your order.
  • To cancel, you must inform us in writing via email: support@kartnix.com

Exceptions

You cannot cancel for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements)
  • Hygienic items once opened (e.g., cosmetics, personal care products)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

3. How to Return Items

  • Contact us at support@kartnix.com to request a return.
  • Ensure the items are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
  • We will provide instructions for a return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges may not be refunded unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If the product is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Not as described

You are entitled to:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Full refund

Please contact us immediately at support@kartnix.com with:

  • Description of the problem
  • Inlcude Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

We will provide instructions for a return.

5. Exchanges

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Delivery of Returned Items

  • Depending on the product we may provide a shipping label for free return or would ask you to send the item back via any shipping service on your own cost.
  • Always use a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Items must be securely packaged for return.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

6. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
